Terms & Conditions

1. The referring person should not undertake any form of selling/advisory activities in the secondary market with respect to Securities & Commodities and should not manage the portfolio of any person who is being referred.
2. The referring person cannot conduct IPV/OSV and should not carry/execute any documents with the clients directly.
3. Clients referred by one Referral ID are not transferable to another Referral ID in any way possible.
4. Commission/s are posted in the Ledger of the Referral daily.
5. Commission generated from the 26^th of the previous month till the 25th of the current month will be credited to the bank account of the referral by the 10th of the subsequent month, subject to a minimum of 1000 rupees.
6. All payouts made to such clients under this Referral Incentive Scheme shall be post-tax deducted at Source (TDS), which shall be at 2% or as per Applicable Income-tax Law. If a client is not in compliance with Sec 206 AB & 206 CCA Income Tax Act 1961, or if the PAN& Aadhar have not been linked/furnished to the satisfaction of Our Company, TDS will be applied at the rate of 10%
7. The breakup of the brokerage generated from each Completed Referral will not be shown to referees/clients, and only a total of all brokerage generated from all Completed Referrals will be shown to clients/referees referring prospective clients under this Referral Incentive Scheme.
8. Only up to 50% brokerage generated from such Completed Referrals shall be shared, and this shall not include any other charges, such as taxes, transaction charges, SEBI/Exchange related charges and such other charges.
9. Gopocket has sole discretion to update the sharing percentage of Referral on time to time.

10. Gopocket has the discretion to withhold the commission amount or levy a monetary penalty regarding any dispute raised against you by the referred client, and you are liable for all legal charges arising from the client disputes in all legal forums.
All clients must abide by, declare and agree to all clauses stated below.
I/we confirm and declare that there is no bar on me imposed by any Exchange or any Regulatory and/or Statutory authority to deal in Commodities directly or indirectly.
I/we am/are not a trading member or employee in the employment of another trading member;
I/we am/are not a SEBI Debarred entity as per the data available on the Exchange/sWebsite.
I/We are accepting this incentive from Gopocket Invest Tech Private Limited only for the referral of new clients/persons, and have not carried out any other activities, such as any financial advisory, inducing persons to use or trade/transact with Gopocket, providing stock tips, managing portfolios, etc.
I/We understand that publishing any marketing or advertisement material requires permission/intimation towards the Exchanges.I/We will not &have not published any marketing material without the explicit permission of Gopocket.
I/We hereby declare that all the information and particulars given by me/us in this application and declaration are true to the best of my/our knowledge and belief. I/We agree to immediately inform you if there is any change in any of the information given in this form or its annexures.
I/We also declare and agree that if any of the above statements are found to be incorrect or false or any information or particulars have been suppressed or omitted therefrom,I am / We are liable to be debarred from doing business on the stock exchange, including stop sharing the commission/s.
I/We also agree to furnish such other information as you or the Exchange may require from me/us from time to time, and I/We agree that if I/We fail to give such information, you shall have the right to cancel my/our Referral arrangement.
